We are different from other travel agents because we choose to focus on a handful of destinations/suppliers. By doing this, we are able to really put in time and effort to become very knowledgeable in the destinations we offer. You also get the knowledge and experience from two people instead of just one agent working alone.
Absolutely not. Even though we provide a service, we will not charge you for it. We are commission based, so the suppliers pay us after you travel. Each package has a travel agent fee already built in. TIP: Even if you book on your own without an agent, you're paying that travel agent fee.
We have worked with people that were going to Disney for their first time, and we have worked with people that have been to Disney at least 10 times. It's all about having someone as support for you if something goes wrong or you have any questions. You also would be supporting a small business ran by two sisters -- all at no additional cost to you!
The planning process begins when you fill out one of our quote forms. We will take the information you provided and put together a few different options that would be tailored specifically to you. Once you have chosen a trip option, we will put that option on hold for you while we gather your payment information through a secured form. After we receive your payment information, we will book your trip with just a deposit required. This will secure your room and make sure you don't pay any extra if prices go up later on. We then will work with you to set up payment plans (if applicable) and make payments until the trip is paid in full. We’ll take care of setting up your accounts, reserving dining, and any other extras you may want. Once the trip is paid in full and it is 30 days before you travel, we will send you a personalized packet that has important information and tons of tips to have a successful trip.
Whether your trip is in a month or at the end of next year, there's no better time to start planning than the present. The earlier you book the more time you have to plan and pay on your trip. It's like layaway!
Absolutely! We monitor offers at all of our destinations and make sure that our clients have the absolute best deal! The perk of using an agent is that no matter how far in advance you book your trip, we are going to get you the best price the supplier offers.
